HypeD Child Safety Standards
These public standards describe how HypeD and Preconfin LLC address child sexual abuse and exploitation on HypeD.
Our commitment
HypeD is committed to helping prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. HypeD does not allow content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or targets minors.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
HypeD prohibits:
- Child sexual abuse material.
- Sexualized content involving minors.
- Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit minors.
- Sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors.
- Trafficking or solicitation involving minors.
- Any content or behavior that endangers children.
Reporting and in-app feedback
Users can report content or accounts in the HypeD app using the app's report tools where available. Users can also contact support@demo-hype.com. Reports involving child safety are prioritized.
Review and enforcement
HypeD may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend or ban users, preserve relevant information where legally required, and cooperate with law enforcement or appropriate child safety authorities when required by applicable law.
Compliance with child safety laws
HypeD works to comply with applicable child safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
