Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of HypeD. By using HypeD, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws.

The Service

HypeD lets makers, creators, startups, and small businesses share short product demo videos, browse demos, add captions and tags, receive hypes, comment, share, and connect around products or services.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that create risk or violate these Terms.

Your Content

You keep ownership of content you upload to HypeD. You grant HypeD permission to host, store, display, reproduce, process, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use HypeD to create, upload, promote, or distribute:

• Adult or sexually explicit material.
• Illegal content or activity.
• Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or targeted intimidation.
• Impersonation of another person, business, product, or creator.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, manipulation, or deceptive promotion.
• Content you do not own or do not have rights to upload, including video, audio, screenshots, logos, images, code, or brand assets.

Honest Demos

HypeD is built for real demos. You must not misrepresent what exists, what works, who made it, the development stage, customer traction, integrations, funding, revenue, or other material claims.

Moderation

We may review, remove, label, restrict, preserve, or disable content or accounts when needed to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate reports, address abuse, or comply with law.

Third-Party Links

HypeD may include links to third-party websites, stores, profiles, repositories, or products. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, transactions, or privacy practices.

Availability

HypeD may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, provider issues, security events, or other reasons.
