Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

HypeD is operated by Preconfin, LLC. Users may upload only content and media they own or have the legal right to use. Copyright, trademark, impersonation, and other intellectual-property violations are prohibited.

Report a concern

Send copyright or intellectual-property reports to support@demo-hype.com. Include enough information for Preconfin to identify and review the concern:

• Your name and a reliable contact method.
• A description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right at issue.
• The HypeD URL, listing, post, profile, or other location of the reported material.
• An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information in the report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Review and action

Preconfin may request additional information, restrict or remove reported material, notify the affected user, preserve relevant records, or take other appropriate action. Knowingly submitting a false or misleading report may harm other users and may have legal consequences.

Response from an affected user

A user whose content is restricted may contact support@demo-hype.com with the relevant content identifier, an explanation of their rights or authorization, and supporting information. Preconfin may restore content when appropriate, but restoration is not guaranteed.

Repeat infringement

Preconfin may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious intellectual-property violations.
