HypeD Prohibited Items Policy

The following listings and related marketplace activity are prohibited on HypeD:

• Adult or sexual content, goods, or services.
• Illegal goods, illegal services, or activity that facilitates unlawful conduct.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions intended to facilitate their harmful use.
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or products promoted for unlawful drug use.
• Prescription drugs or regulated medication offered outside lawful, authorized channels.
• Stolen goods or property the seller is not authorized to sell.
• Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas presented as authentic.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or materially inaccurate listings.
• Malware, phishing tools, malicious software, or compromised, hacked, or stolen accounts.
• Impersonation of a person, creator, business, organization, brand, product, or venue.
• Content or goods that infringe copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Prohibited financial products, deceptive investment offers, or unlawful financial services.
• Unsafe or illegal services.
• Deceptive, unsafe, malicious, or unrelated external links.

Attempts to evade this policy through coded language, misleading categories, altered media, redirects, or off-platform instructions are also prohibited.

Seller responsibility

Sellers remain responsible for understanding and complying with applicable law and HypeD policies. Listing review, approval, or certification does not guarantee legality, authenticity, safety, or suitability.

Enforcement and reports

Preconfin may reject, hide, remove, or restrict prohibited listings and may suspend or terminate accounts. Users may report suspected prohibited items through HypeD's reporting tools or by contacting support@demo-hype.com.
