HypeD Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement applies to each person or business that offers a listing through HypeD Bazaar. By accepting it, the seller agrees to the following requirements.

Authority and legal compliance

The seller represents that they:

• Are authorized to act for the seller identity used for the listing.
• Own, control, or have the legal right to sell, provide, promote, or represent the listed item, service, event, creative work, or other offering.
• Will comply with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, permits, taxes, sanctions, and marketplace policies.

Accurate listing information

The seller must provide and maintain accurate listing information, including title, description, category, item and fulfillment type, price, currency, quantity, availability, condition, location where relevant, media, external destination, and seller terms. The seller must promptly pause, archive, or update a listing that is no longer accurate or available.

Prohibited items

The seller must comply with the Prohibited Items Policy and may not offer adult or sexual content, illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, prescription drugs, stolen or counterfeit goods, fraudulent listings, malware, compromised accounts, infringing content, prohibited financial products, unsafe services, or deceptive external links.

Media and intellectual-property rights

The seller represents that they own or have permission to use every image, video, logo, trademark, description, and other asset submitted with a listing. The seller may not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Pricing, quantity, and availability

The seller must state prices, currencies, quantities, and availability accurately. The seller may not use misleading prices, unavailable inventory, hidden mandatory charges, or bait-and-switch practices.

Fulfillment and refunds

The seller is responsible for fulfillment, delivery, service performance, availability, buyer communications, and the refund or cancellation terms that apply to the seller's transaction. Seller-specific fulfillment and refund terms must be accurate, accessible, and consistent with applicable law and the external service used.

External destinations

Seller-provided websites, stores, booking pages, ticketing pages, contact methods, and other external destinations must use accurate, safe, and relevant links. Sellers may not use deceptive redirects, unsafe domains, credential theft, malware, or destinations that materially misrepresent the listing.

Marketplace moderation

Preconfin may review, approve, reject, hide, restrict, restore, suspend, or remove listings or seller accounts to enforce marketplace policies, address safety or legal concerns, investigate reports, or protect the service. Marketplace review does not transfer responsibility for a listing from the seller to Preconfin.

Agreement acceptance and listing certification

Acceptance is recorded against the authenticated seller and the exact versions of the required marketplace policies. A seller must maintain acceptance of the current policy bundle before submitting or materially resubmitting a listing.

Each submitted or materially resubmitted listing requires a separate certification tied to that listing's exact revision. The seller certifies that they own or have the legal right to sell or represent the offering, that the information is accurate, and that the listing complies with HypeD Marketplace Policies.

Suspension and termination

Preconfin may restrict, suspend, or terminate seller access for policy violations, unlawful conduct, fraud, unsafe activity, repeated inaccurate listings, or other material risk. Obligations arising before suspension or termination, including fulfillment and lawful recordkeeping obligations, continue where applicable.
